Is everyone interested in Visions of Light for the June read-along. This is the story of Margaret of Ashbury and it is the first of a trilogy. Im open to suggestions.

Count me in, as well. Linda read this years ago; but I have never picked it up. A Read-a-Long will be the perfect opportunity to read my first Judith Merkle Riley book!

Also ... Vision of Light is Riley's first book, so this book would fill the Ace card in the HF Challenge.

I might do that. I own a copy from a FOL sale, plus I can get on Kindle from the library.

I'm interested and it's available from my library.

Great! We're on.

There are several editions of this book and the pagination varies widely. The paperback copy I own is 467 pages; there's a TB edition that Google says is 352 pages, and then there's the Kindle and Google ebook editions.

So, I'm going to try a chapter breakdown for discussion threads that I'll create later this week. Chapters 1-3, which is 102 pages in my copy, will be the first thread; chapters 4-5, the second thread; chapters 6-7, the third; chapters 8-9, the fourth; and chapters 10 to the end, the last.

If this breakdown doesn't make sense, please let me know.

I have a copy on Mt. TBR as well, so I'm really psyched to read it this coming month!

Yea!  I hope to finish up the book I just started by the end of this coming weekend and then I'll start AVOL.  Can't wait.

I read it a couple of years ago, I'll pop in but I don't know how much I can keep up as my copy is long gone ;)

Call this a little cheat, or a little encouragement, or even a little bit of bragging ... BUT ...

I started this book this morning & am already drawn in! It's going to be a good one!

Good to hear, Kelly. I'm looking forward to it. Gotta finish a few other things first ...

Kelly - Lucky!  I'm glad you think it's going to be good. I can't wait to get started! I'm hoping to do so by early next week.
