It's Carnival Night, and Lucille has already won a box of fluffy cupcakes with sprinkles on them. But when Junie B. wins the Cake Walk, she chooses the bestest cake of all - the one wrapped in sparkly aluminum foil. How was she to know it was a lethal weapon?
Junie B. Jones is a hilarious little girl, who has her own way of thinking. When she realizes that fruit cake is truly "Yucky Blucky" she finds another way to use for it. Like sitting on it at meal time on her chair, because it makes her higher up! THis a book i predict you will thoroughly enjoy!

My 8 year old daughter has loved the Junie B Jones series for the last 2 years. I would highly recommend these books! The only downside is that she sometimes uses words like stupid and dummy, but I make these teachable moments and talk about how Junie B should think before she talks and so on.
Just want to note the title is "Junie B. Jones and the Yucky Blucky Fruitcake". "Fruit case" is how it shows for the ISBN I put in, but photo agrees with my copy (Fruit cake). I don;t know the procedure to have it corrected.
