Interesting and captivating tale about a strange man from the planet KPAX - or is he?

Striking novel--really makes you think.

And his tales of K-PAX have other patients competing to go along with him when he heads 'home.' Everyone wants to go there. Now the doctor is racing the clock to find prot's true identity before he loses a man whose 'madness' might just save them all.
This book has also been made into a movie from Universal Pictures.

An interesting Sci-Fi story of a mysterious "visitor", Prot, from the planet K-PAK, made into Universal Pictures motion picture.
This is a very nice story, beautifully-written. It was made into a movie (starring Jeff Bridges?). The author Gene Brewer is very talented.
