I have a book I received in my transaction archive, but not appearing on my TBR list, nor on my bookshelf on hold.

If there a way i can post this book, yet somehow retain the "footprint" for the copy I received.  This book has made four PBS trips so far, it would be nice to keep it going :-)

If you post it from your Transaction Archive it should retain the footprint information.

Just go to your TA, find the book and click on it. It will open the book details page and hit the Post this Book button there. When I did that it kept the footprint information on the book.

Ok, I'll do it as you suggested. I did realise I could post the book that way, but, did not realise that it would keep the footprint attached.

Thanks for the advice.

I love the footprint!!! Sometimes if I have  a few extra minutes while here I will go back and see how much farther books I have sent have traveled. Its nice to see when they get traded over and over again........that people care enough to repost them but also that the readers are treating the books nice enough that they can be reposted.

I recently requested a book BACK that I was the original post of about six months ago........now my daughter decided the wanted to read the series also. The book has been back and forth across the county ...thru seven homes....and yet came back to me looking as wonderful as the day I sent it out.
