Really funny series. Jaine is hired as a ghostwriter by a society woman, but when she's found dead in her bathtub and her daughter is the prime suspect, Jaine steps in and tries to find the real killer.
This is the third mystery in the Jaine Austen series by Laura Levine. Hollywood writer Jaine Austen has landed a new assignment ghostwriting a book for Beverly Hills socialite Sue Ellen Kingsley. After discovering SueEllen's body in her bathtub (where she had been electrocuted), Jaine tries to find her murderer. This book was laugh-out-loud funny and a good mystery as well!
A light cozy mystery with a touch of humor. A fast read.
Another great book in the Jaine Austen series! Jaine finds herself in the middle of another murder investigation when the woman who hired her as to be her ghost writer ends up dead in the bathtub.
Great chick lit. Hilarous.
This is a book club edition.
another funny mystery in the Jaine Austen series... very entertaining.
Fantastic Book. I really enjoyed. I just love this series.
Another cute installment in this series. I actually liked this one better than the last one, and can't wait to get to the next one!!
Book 3 for the Jaine Austen Series
This author was previously a comedy writer for shows such as the Bob Newhart show.
Her books are laugh-out-loud funny, and this one had more twists and turns than a North Carolina mountain road.
Highly entertaining, a good mystery, and a quick read...what more could you ask for?
Enjoyable, especially the emails.
