We all concerned about our diet and the amount of cholesterol, good fat/bad fat/trans fat, cancer causing ingredients, mercury in fish, carbs.... etc. We only think of low salt diets when the doctor tells us. I believe we should make SALT/sodium as part of our mindset to lessen in our diets. Have you read the side of the box of prepared foods? Amazing how much salt we have in our diets. And it's too much. This book was written in 1983 and the information in it is still prevalent today.
