This is for the non-lighted leather case that the hooks cause shorts. I purchased mine at Staples. I called Amazon to see about returning it, and they, without question, gave me a 60.00 credit on my Amazon account. I tried to explain that I only paid 35.00 for it and she said that this was a "goodwill" gesture while the engineers were trying to figure out what the problem was. No need to return the case. The credit is invisible-there is no code but you do get a confirmation email. It only works on Amazon-shipped products and doesn't work on Kindle books because of the 1-click purchase thing-it only works on items added to your cart. So I got a Grateful Dead CD set and season 7 of Curb Your Enthusiasm. |

I emailed them Friday evening about my cover. A few hours later they called. Refunded the price I paid and threw in an extra $25! Excellent customer service.
