I've grown kiwis for several years.  Have only had a couple years where they've grown well enough to harvest (last year they were only the size of pingpong balls, so never grew big enough to pick).   This year, I had a great crop, though!  They grew to the size of the ones you see in the grocery store.  Have been adding them to fruit salad or eating plain.  Have a ton of them -- so glad I didn't give up on growing them.  Hopefully the link below will work, so you can see a photo.

Nice!

1. What part of the country do you live in?

2. How much do you have to water (I live in Texas - perpetual drought & heat.)

Sharon, I live in the Pacific Northwest; didn't water them at all this year, as we had a lot of rain in the spring.  I have had to water them a time or two in the past, when we've had an overly dry spring/summer.
