I got a WL book offered to me yesterday thru the system.

I accepted the offer.

I waited to have sender accept.  Instead I recieved a Cannot Send with msg:

I  had one copy of this book and already sent it out to someobdy else

But I'm sure there are tons of ways this could happen, but curious as to how.

She might have double-posted it accidentally. It's possible to double post a book if you double click on the "post" button, refresh the page while the posting process is taking place, or post the book during a server hiccup. She also may have mailed it to someone as a free extra -- no credit involved, or sent it as a Book Bazaar offer, and forgot to remove it from her Bookshelf.

They may have posted it to another website and had a request for it there. Of course, you should only post wishlisted books to one site at a time.

I had someone post a book to my WL yesterday, which is set to AR. Then they turned down the request and said they couldn't send it because they took it to Goodwill. Um, then why did you post it? I don't understand people sometimes.
