I recieved a book today that was mailed in a yellow envelope (like the kind you might mail papers in) and i i dont know how it got to me because half the envelope is missing and the pages are soaked. I dont know how to mark it.

It sounds like it got dropped in the rain en route.  Damaged by post office?

from the help docs, it looks like there's an RWAP for damaged in the mail (even as a result of poor packaging).  see this help topic: http://www.paperbackswap.com/help/help_item.php?id=529

I've had many books mailed to me in standard manila envelopes that have made it just fine. I would guess the envelope got ripped open in a sorting machine and later dropped. Definitely mark RWAP - USPS at fault.

It was a cookbook best recipies from the backs of boxes bottles cans and jars. Now its just a big stuck together mess. LOL

LOL! Well, PBS does allow some staining in cookbooks, but I don't quite think this is what they had in mind!

I hope you can get another copy soon.
