Yvonne, keep us posted on how it comes out. I've been saving chip bags to do the same, but I'm concerned about what it will do to my new and very expensive sewing machine. One of the moms at school used a glue gun to adhere the bags together. So far the bag is still in one piece. |

We have made these and punched holes in the bags and laced them together with ribbon. Also embelished the tops with feather boas. |

Robin, I like the ribbon idea. I have LOTS of ribbon. LOL And my girl scout troop can do it without any problems. Thanks. Yvonne, I just bought a book on no sew/low sew purse making. Lots of patterns using ducktape. Again I bought it with the idea that the girls can make some of the them. There is one that uses caution tape on the outside and its held together on the inside using ducktape and staples, it even has a zipper in it. I'm glad to hear the yours held up so well. I would hate for the girls to spend time on a project and have it fall apart on them.
