Not as good as Breath, Eyes, Memory, but still enjoyable and interesting to learn some of the Haitian culture.

Edwidge Danticat is an extraordinary writer. This book was a series of short stories, but the people were all related in some way. It is my plan to have all of her books sitting on my shelf...they are definitely re-reads!
