1-BAKED PIE CRUST, 4 EGGS SEPARATED, 1C. SUGAR, PINCH OF SALT, 1/2C. LEMON JUICE, 1 TSP. GRATED LIME RIND,BEAT EGG YOLKS TILL LIGHT, ADD SUGAR, SALT, LEMON JUICE. COOK TILL THICK, ADD RIND. BEAT WHITES TILL STIFF; FOLD IN YOLK MIX, POUR INTO BAKED SHELL AND BAKE IN 425 OVEN TILL BROWN.
