I used the PBS postage.  The address and postage part came out fine but the invoice was complete gibberish.  Anyone else have this problem. I'm going to print it again just to see what happens.

This has happened to me once before where both the address label and invoice came out with random symbols and letters and made no sense whatsoever.  I just reprinted again and it worked,  I'm glad to see reprinting worked for you as well:)

I've had this happen, but someone on the forums said that it can happen if you close out of the PDF file before the printing is completed.  I don't know if it's true, but I now keep that label up on my screen until the label is completely printed out, and haven't had the gibberish.

It happens to me all the time. I just print it again.

I get the gibberish periodically.  Annoying.  But so far it has reprinted ok.  Usually I have not done ANYTHING different the second time.  Sometimes if I get the gibberish twice in a row, I get out of PBS and come back in, or even reboot the computer.  Does that really make a difference?  Haven't a clue!!!!

I too would be very interested to hear an explanation from someone who really understands what is going on.

Yes I did close out the window before it finished printing.  Hmm. I close the window all the time once it starts and this is the 1st time it did that.  I'll have to keep it open from now on.  Good thing they don't charge you for postage again if you need to reprint.

Take a look at a gibberish label and see if  it just printed the next letter or number. For example, my name Kathy would print as Lbuiz. and a street number of 681 would print as 792.

That's what happened when my label printed gibberish.
