This is cool, Margaret. I saw clockwise first, but then when I kept looking at it it switched on me. |

ok that's a real brain scrambler - but eventually, staring at her foot long enough, I also got it to switch directions. First clockwise for me too. But maybe that was because I saw your post and my brain expected it??? I dunno! I kept thinking, it can't be the other direction because of which hand is leading but when my brain switched it, it WAS her other hand leading!!! Who makes up this stuff?? I laughed at the comments - one man wrote that all he could do was stare at her nipples. LOL! just like a man. |

Melinda, I saw that comment also lol! I have to admit - her nipples are a bit distracting ;) |

I only saw clockwise. |
I saw clockwise when I first looked at her, then I looked away to read the article, and she was going counter clockwise. When I closed my eyes for a few seconds she switched back to clockwise, and I never could get her to switch back again! |

Wow. That was really weird, lol. I seen clockwise for a while then she kept switching back and forth on me. |
It kept switching on me! Although it did start out clockwise. |
I saw counter clockwise then refocused and saw clockwise and couldn't get that out of my head once I saw it.. |

was only clockwise for me |

Only clockwise |
I kept on looking at it until I was able to switch it back and forth on my own. My eyes hurt and head hurt now!:) Dh saw it clockwise only which is kind of strange since he is an engineer (and very logical). My daughter kept on seeing it switch often. Hmmmm! |
Only clockwise for me, too. |

counter clockwise at first, then clockwise, then counter again |

funky. i can only see counter-clockwise. |

I could only see clockwise. My left brain functions saw the detail of her facing left, then turning so that her back is to us. Logic tells me that's clockwise. But then, the whole right-brain function list resonates with me... Very coo-wul test! Colleen |

At first, I saw it only moving clockwise but looked again the next day and sure enough, it started off clockwise but then stopped and went in the other direction, stayed there for a bit, then went back. I actually thought for a sec that maybe it was a trick of some sort so I got my husband to look at it at the same time I was. I could make it go back and forth (bot not easily or instantly), but during that time, my husband only saw it going clockwise. Pretty cool test! |

I saw it go counter-clockwise! If you can't, try this: close your eyes. Look at something else, then turn toward your 'puter screen just until you can see the image in your peripheral vision. Watch it this way until you see it turning counter-clockwise, then look straight at the screen. The only problem is, as soon as I blink, it goes back to clockwise for me. LOL |

Counter clockwise...firmly. Then while I was reading the column, in my perferial (sp?) vision she reversed to clockwise. Couldn't make it happen on purpose tho lol! Last Edited on: 7/23/10 3:44 AM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

Solid on the clockwise...which is strange as I am an engineer and logic says I should be left brain oriented. Oh well. |
Weird... I can't remember what I saw at first.... but by the time I read the words, it changed... she goes clockwise most often but will change periodically to anti-clock. Don't you wonder uf they are having fun with us and actually changing how she turns periodically? |

When I was looking directly at it, she was going clockwise. When I was reading the little blurb beside it though, she was going counter-clockwise in my peripheral vision. As soon as I looked directly at her again, she went back to clockwise. |
