This book was good. Very factual content but pretty dry delivery. Interesting to say the least but I have read other authors and various true crime books that have resonated with me more. My rating is a high 3.5, not quite a 4.

I found this book to be very good. The crime itself is not involved, but the best part of the book is the interchange between the lead detective and the suspect during his initial "interview".

If you enjoy the details of solving crimes, such as the vital part the initial interview plays in the arrest of a suspect, you will enjoy this book.

I have to warn you though. This is not a page turner kind of book with exciting scenes. It is more of a mental mind game between a well-educated college professor and a very skilled investigator who learned most of his skills on the job.
