I loved reading this series. It's the first time I've read DiAnn's books and I was very impressed. They are definitely page turners. I had many late nights because I couldn't put them down. If you like turn of the (previous) century - late 1800's, rural Texas and the Southwest, sweet romance, adventure, and intrigue you will love these. She has just the right balance of good and evil. I love how the characters grow in their Christian faith. Don't miss all 4 in the series.

Another great book in this series. Lots of suspense. I love to see how God changes lives. Also, I love it when the author continues to include characters from previous books in a series so we see what's happening with them. Ready to start book 3 right away.

This is a great book! I love the townspeople of Kahlerville, Texas! Most of them are such God-loving people. In this book, Jenny Andrews comes to town to take her niece, the daughter of her deceased sister, back home to Cleveland, Ohio. Jenny just wants to get Rebecca and get out of this uncivilized "wild west" town. Things don't exactly go as planned for Jenny.......from the moment, she steps off the train and gets sick on the local town doctor's shoes!
The ending is very suspenseful!
I love it when an author includes an epilogue. This one was both sweet and sad. I'm looking forward to the 3rd book in the series, Lightning and Lace. The series is called Texas Legacy. I just discovered another book in the series. It's a Texas Legacy Christmas. Can't wait!
