A book I was receiving was declared lost in the mail. It came 2 days later. The printed postage was only a week ago. I had to enter it received from the transaction archive.  I thought there was a rwap- late mailing, but couldn't find it. Would that be because it was from the transaction archive, or did I just miss it.

Thanks.

it asked if it was received with a problem? Did you click that button?

Entering the date will record it.

Jane,

I did click on RWAP but I didn't see any for late postmark so I clicked back out and just filled in the postmark date and under comments listed the late mailing.

I believe there are different RWAP options on books after they go lost compared to before they go lost.

(This isn't something that we can just check on.)

been awhile since I've had to mark one from my Transaction Archive, But I also recall the options being different.
