Anyone else having an issue with printing today? I tried to print a wrapper and kept getting the message "Cannot Launch Adbobe". I rebooted the computer, downloaded Adobe again and still couldn't print unless I used the alternate wrapper

This might not be it, but make sure you have the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.  It is free and easy to install so there isn't any reason not to stay up to date.  I have some coworkers who were having troubles with PDFs I'd send them and it was because they were a number of versions behind on updating their Acrobat and the PDFs I sent to them were created using the newest version.  If PBS is generating PDFs using a new Acrobat then old Readers, particularly ones four versions behind as were my coworkers, might get confused.

I'm not having that problem and I'm not sure what would cause it. I know that's not helpful, but I didn't want to not answer you.

Are you able to open Adobe Acrobat Reader by going to Start / Programs (I assume you're using Windows)? If yes, then go to the Edit / Preferences window and choose Internet in the left column. Look at the setting for "Display PDF in browser". If this box is checked, your browser will try to open the wrapper. If it's unchecked, then you should get the "Save or Open file" choice instead, and Acrobat would come up in a separate window.

Since it sounds like your browser is having trouble launching the Acrobat plug-in, you should try unchecking the box.

If you are not able to open Acrobat from the Programs menu, then you will need to download and install a new copy of it from Adobe's site: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Cool! Glad to help. It sounds like something between your browser and Acrobat got disconnected somehow. I've had to reinstall it when that happened to me before.
