That  her books Future Homemakers of American and The Great Husband Hunt are the same books, just different titles? Am I the only one who didn't know this and ordered both books? hahahaha

I thought the book was great, but I love frienship sagas that span over a number of years. It reminded me of Housewives Eating Bon Bons, but in different period of time.

You've got to read the bottom threads to see the insanity that I've created...I'm still not sure how I made this mistake.

I don't understand how authors get away with that. Didn't Evanovich do that too? It just seems like a way to get more money out of readers but maybe I'm being too negative.

I have never read Graham but I love Lorna Landvik. I'll have to give her a try.

I wonder if one released in a different country, under a different name? Silly me, I ordered both...

That's funny. I was just looking at the descriptions of both of them and they don't seem to be the same book. This gets weirder and weirder. lol I looked them up on www.fantasticfiction.com by author.

OK, you got me thinking and I went to Amazon to pull up the books and sure enough the books are completely different. So, I ran downstairs and pulled out the two books and they are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! Ok, so all I can think is when I read the one, I must have hallucinated the other. I was sick for a period of time and on flu meds. but I can't imagine that I was that messed up that I got this sooooooooo wrong! I have no clue how I could have gotten this incorrect. Now I'm a real dumb***! OMG, I hope Laurie Graham doesn't read this site! So, I'm going to have to edit my thread...Gawd how embarrasing. I cannot figure how I got this so wrong. I swear I looked and both, read the same thing and thought, what the hell, I have two of the same books. Maybe I had two FHA books and...

Collette, thank goodness you read and responded to this thread... : ) lol
