This must be one of my all-time favorite books! I'd seen the movie quite a few times and it is also one of my favorite movies... probably one of the only times a movie compares to the book it's based on. But the book possesses quite a bit more that is not shown on film, including the true emotions of Christy and how he deals with the life that has been given him.
