Murder, intrigue, big business all come together in this gripping tale, set on the shores of Duvall, Louisiana. Dr. Jack Harris treats a teenage girl in the ER, where he's been assigned temporarily, and when he's called into another room to treat a police officer that's been brought into the ER, she disappeared. The story revolves, somewhat, around the girl, and what she knows about a conspiracy involving the one big business of Duvall. While trying to save her, Jack becomes the next target.
