Great introduction to the history of the American labor movement, though not 100% up-to-date anymore after the recent disaffiliations from the AFL-CIO and the formation of "Change to Win". I also found the lexicon a bit lacking in the descriptions of contractual terms, but there are other (more specific) resources out there for that. Overall, a good way for someone working for or within the labor movement to get a sense of what everyone else is talking about.
