Depends on how much you're enjoying Painted Caves, how difficult it would be to get it again,  and how long you think it would take to finish Bone Yard.

I have that situation happen every now and then with different books since I started using FLP.  What a nice problem to have :)  Too many good books to read!

LOL good question! This happens to me all the time!

Yeah it totally depends.

1. on how far along I am into the other book - if I am only 1/4 the way through I drop it and start the library book. If I am almost done i finish then start the library book.

2. How much I am enjoying the currant book LOL.

Something also to thnk about I can renew to library book - so that gives me 4 weeks!

And I am a pretty fast reader - about 2 books per week.

Well that was a fun question!

You might want to wait until the last possible moment to pick up the library book (it usually says on your record or the notice when it has to be picked up by---usually safer to pick up day before that date)  I usually have 2 or 3 going simultaneously so I juggle library due dates frequently.

Or you could just make sure you didn't reconnect your eReader until you finished reading them - - - at least, that works for me...

Wendy - your library allows you to renew eBooks?   Mine doesn't allow that - you have to request it again and get back on the waiting list.

I usually read 2-3 books at a time anyway. I have Painted Caves on my kindle, but I've been leaving that at home. I usually take something light (lately it's been the Stephanie Plum series) to work to read at lunch and during breaks. Right now that's all I'm reading, but I often have a second book going at home also and/or one that I keep in the car to read when I'm waiting on my kids at music lessons or sports practice. lol

I not sure it the Not wanting to put asside Painted Caves per sa...  BUT weather I Should Knowing Others were waiting to read it as well.   Esp now that Publishers want to shorten the time Libraries can offer the eBooks.

I'm the kind of person who reads multiple books without getting confused, so I normally stop reading a book I own to finish a book I borrowed from the library.
