Gorgeous, nice hardcover book. Lots of color photos. Each recipe has nutritional analysis included. Oxmoor House is awesome, IMHO. (I am getting rid of duplicates and this is one.)

Great Book a must have for your hardback cookbook collection!!!!
Most of the recipes in this book sound delicious, but a lot of them require a lot of preperation and a lot of ingredients. To me, most of the recipes would be great for entertaining, but not for the every day.
