Hi!  I was just wondering if anyone has read the book Lipstick Jungle?  I really am enjoying the new tv series and thought about reading the book.  I was wondering if they were exactly alike though.  Does the tv series cover everything that happens in the book.  Or does it pick up where the book left off?  TIA for any replies! :)

Sorry! I have the book in my tbr pile but even if I had read it, I don't get t.v. so haven't seen the show. Maybe another reading message board might know?

Hi.  I've read the book and watched the show.  I only watched the first 2 episodes of the show...not because I did't like it, but because I've got more shows on my dvr than I can get to!

I read the book first, so I liked it better (like when someone reads a book first and THEN sees the movie).  The book covers a lot of ground and the show does deviate from some of the story lines in the book, but not too much.

Hope this helps!

I have a copy on my shelf too!  ;-)
