Ordered 3 books from same person on 11/30/2013. Last week I received this message: "Bad News: I just got the remains (stamped paper cover) of mailing returned to me with a note that the contents were lost or mechanically damaged by the postal service. AUGH! I did not insure the package so it looks like I have no recourse."
But, since that time they have dome nothing. I'm sitting here waiting for order to time out so I can re-order
What Mary said Tell her to go down to the bottom right corner of any page here. Under "company" she'd click on "contact us" then use the Feedback option there. Only the sender can make the request to cancel the transaction once the book has been marked mailed..
Now, when they cancel it, your three book orders will be passed on to 3 different senders. If you don't want that to happen, ask her to communicate that to the Admin Team.
The other option is to just let the books go "lost." The server will mark them lost 26 days after they were marked mailed (or 35 days if they were to be traveling outside the continental U.S.) You're pretty close to that 26 day mark now. When the server marks them lost, the orders won't be passed on -- they'll go to your reminder list. Or if they were wish list books, you'll get your original spot back in the wish list line.
