This is a funny, light read. Kept me laughing throughout the book. Finished it in one day. MB's best friend Katherine will keep you entertained. I didn't like the attitude of her daughter Erin, but other than that, it was a good read. Definitely would recommend picking it up if you like witty romances.

True to Mary Kay Andrews, this book was a very entertaining read. It wasn't, however, as hilarious as some of her other books. If you're looking for an uproariously funny novel from Mary Kay Andrews, try Hissy Fit, or Savannah Breeze. I thought both of those were much, much better!

Mary Kay Andrews just writes the best southern fluff fiction around. Her books are entertaining and quick and a wonderful diversion. Like eating a piece of divinity fudge. Technically she is an excellent writer with great descriptions, builds good characters and keeps the plot zipping along. Her settings, in the deep south, are just great and she really has it down pat.

'Little Bitty Lies' is a fun book and a great read. Nothing too heavy but just plain enjoyable. I look forward to all her books.

I really liked all of the rest of her books but this one seemed lacking. Her other books were quite funny and entertaining but this one not so much.

Andrews is slightly off her game in this tale of a woman abandoned by her yuppie husband, who decides to dig herself out of the financial hole he's left by faking his death to collect on his life insurance. There are some fun moments (doesn't sound like it from the synopsis, does it?), but overall it was less than memorable.
