Hi, I'm new to this site and also to this forum...just thought I'd post here to get some suggestions from ya'll! I'm a christian and I like to read Christian romance novels. Or secular romance if its very clean. :)  I've read a couple of Lynn Kurlands books...some are better than others IMO, but I definitely love some of her books...especially the Nine Kingdoms series. Probably some of my favorite authors are Francine Rivers, Deeanne Gist, Cathy Marie Hake, Carla Capshaw and oooooh about a dozen others. lol I was just wondering if anyone knows of any little known authors out there that write good clean romances (if they just happen to be mysteries or fantacy that's great too!).....if you do please post! I'd love to find some new material to read! Thanks! :D

Thanks! I'm gonna check them out right away....Are there any particular books of theirs that, in your opinion, I should start with? :)

I just finished "Mulberry Park" by Judy Duarte. It was lovely!

There are SO many Christian writers out there now.

I'm reading The House on Malcolm Street by Leisha Kelly and really liking it.

I, too would recommend Charles Martin.

If you like history, I'd recommend any series by Bodie Thoene.   I especially like the series written right before and during WW2.

Lynn Austin is another good Christian writer.

Scroll on down to the

Christian Book Recommendations forum and you'll find lots of recommendations!

I really enjoy Allison Pittman, Karen Ball, and Sherri Sand. I also like Jackie Lynn & Rachel Hauck. Might like to check if any of these would interest you. They offer some wonderful reads.     Connie

I just found Annie Jones. The Snowbirds is a wonderful book.  It's on my shelf now.
