This series of cookbooks from the San Francisco Chronicle is very useful for those wanting to collect a few recipes from various cuisines. This one - Thai Cookbook - gives a brief glossary of terms and ingredients and then a fine sampling of recipes for all courses.
A sweet little book. Thai recipes that seem easy. Book was a gift and is unused.
