This book offers lessons based on following Christian principles to help women make it through problems that plague today's woman. This book covers and bases the lessons of "Let Go" on the promise of grace and forgiveness through Jesus Christ. Each chapter is followed by inspirational and empowering ways for women to let go of their burdens and build their Christian faith in the process. The author writes in a light-hearted and at times a comical way, which makes it easy to read & learn from. The author shares her own weaknesses and trials with the reader and it makes it easy to relate to her and learn from her. Also, the chapters make their point quickly, so you won't get overwhelmed with information. Even if the reader is not a Christian, there are many points the author makes which would help any woman trying to lessen her worrisome burdens.

This book would be very suitable for a woman's group study or devotional. There are ponder points at the end of each chapter. They would make great discussion topics for any women's group.

One of my favorite quotes from the book is "When we are satiated with God's grace, it is much easier to extend grace to other's, but, when we are on starvation rations ourselves we have little to spare." This is just one of the many common sense approaches the author shares with the reader. This book earns 5 stars as I feel the author does exactly what the title implies.
