I just got a Live Help ? and I've never run into this before. I'm hoping someone here can help! Here's the PM: Hello - I marked a book sent because I printed the label but when I went to mail the book I couldn't find it. What do I need to do? I already contacted the requestor to let them know, but do I need to refund them a credit? How do I do that? Thank you.

Looks like they need to use the Contact Us and send a message with the particulars of the transaction so it can be cancelled by R&R. |

Liese and Sarah, thank you so much! I searched all over the Help Center and couldn't seem to find anything. I wasn't putting the correct words in to find the info I needed. I'm operating on 4 hours of sleep out of the last 2 days, so I think I really need my batteries recharged, lolol!! |
