All the different diets can be confusing and figuring out which one is right for you can be difficult. I liked this book because it gave the vital information and pros and cons about each diet making choosing what is right for you easier.
I love this book! I feel so much more knowledgeable about low/controlled carb diets. I haven't even read it all, but I've read most of it and am working my way through the rest. Highly recommended for everyone, especially if you're interested in low-carb.
