Lots of usefull information set up in groupings like holidays, children's rooms, and cleaning. So you can easily jump through to the parts you are interested in, and skip parts that don't. I don't have kids so I skipped those parts. Also has a lot of useful lists in the back and cute cartoons at the begining of each chapter.

Neat Book. Some of the ideas are great, some are pretty cheesy and a bit TOO shoestring.
Great Resourses in the back of the book.
Examples:
Budgets
What to do when you move/Someone passes/ Gets Married
Info on credit help/medicare etc etc
Camping list
Cleaning list

I always believed I was cheap. I was proud of the ability that I thought I had to save money.
This book goes way beyond cheap! You may love it, or hate it- but these women show you ways to REALLY save money. Some are beyond disbelief. Some I would never admit to have in my home. Some I refuse to do because it would make me feel poor.
But times are tough, and if you'd like some practical, sometimes really funny ways to save money, this book is worth reading!
