Lately, when I log in the "keep me logged in for 2 weeks" function, does not work.  I have to log in everytime.  Also, when logging in the "Logging In..." page displays itself and does not go away until I click on something else such as "Home" or "My Account".  If I let it go and do not click one of those 2 things, the screen will remain the same "Logging In..." for an indefinite amount of time.  Is anyone else having similar problems?

It sounds like you've changed a setting in your browser.

You need to allow scripting and cookies in order for the remember me function to work. If you get stuck on pages that say "click here if not automatically redirected" you have probably disabled JavaScript (not Java, JavaScript, these are two different things).

If you're using Firefox, go to your Tools / Options menu. Click on Content in the top of the Options popup. Make sure the box next to Enable JavaScript is checked. Click on Privacy in the top of the Options popup. Make sure you have set Keep my history for at least 14 (or a greater number) days, and Accept cookies from sites. Do not check the box for Always clear my private data when I close Firefox.

If you're using IE, go to Tools / Internet Options. On the Security tab, click on the Internet icon and then click on Default level. On the Privacy tab, click on Default.

Save your settings, then close all your browser windows. The new settings will take effect when you open a new window.
