Tom Friedman has a regular column in the New York Times. I have always loved his columns and this book is excellent (It is actually a collection of his NY Times columns). A must read for anyone who is interested in politics in the middle east, terrorism and its origin and the Iraq war.

Friedman is brilliant. This book is no exception. Read it to understand what's really happening in the world before, during, and since 9.11

Another worthy compilation from Friedman. Nowhere as good as The World Is Flat or Lexus And The Olive Tree. Mostly a collection of his NYT articles leading up to and following 9/11.

Reviewers wrote, "Top-notch.... well-researched, original thinking." "A valuable work..... Few writers have a better grasp than Thomas L Friedman of the dimensions of Americas's war on terrorism....He is a brilliant reporter [who] has revolutionized foreign-affairs punditry."
