. I was trying to find a book on here that dealt with Adult Add only but cant find any.

I'll post them after I read them, but you know what the problem is, right? If I could just read one at a time, and finish it, I wouldn't need the darn things. I did discover several books that differentiated women with ADD from men. Whole different methods they recommend. Like I said, if I finish even one, I'll post it.

I did get a Messy Book (very amusing and fun read) that I finished but after I had read the first chapter all those ;pages fell out. So I was going to send it back to Amazon, but didn't have the time. What a waste of money and I can't even post it. Not real helpful to ADD types, anyway, just enjoyable and incurs wishful thinking.

Hi Kimberly I have a child with ADHD and I myself am also ADD. One book that helped me greatly was " You mean I'm not lazy, crazy or stupid"  I cant recall the author and unfortunantly I lost most of my books in a storage unit.

Hi, I just found out I have ADD and was ADHD as a child...I found a few sites very helpful and will pass that info on if any is interested.  I just clicked on t he tab that is on my favorites and can't connect...if anyone wants it I will t ry again lat er....best to all Laurel   PS
