Does anyone have any books on esophageal cancer? My brother-in-law is going through chemo and radiation for this type of cancer. He just turned 40 and is at stage 4. He was misdiagnosed for 2 years. My sister needs all the information she can get on what to do and what to expect.  Thanks Gloria
