Girl falls for bad boy (neighbor, brother's friend, etc...) and they end up together: historicals great, thin series romance fine, any books that have this.

Or guy falls for girl (friend's sister, but he keeps trying to hold himself back); something along these lines would be great too.

What about really hot books about construction worker, Navy Seal, handyman, lawyer, etc...? Any suggestions?

I asked something similare recently adn I don't think I got any responses.  I'm a fan of the falling for best friends little sister plot.  Probably because I always had a crush on my older brother's friends.

I know that not everyone likes her books, but Diana Palmer writes a lot along these lines.  So many of her books fit these two categories.

Doesn't Suzanne Brockman have one like this (falling for little sister) in her Navy Seals series?  Can't remember the name of it though.  hhmm...

Anne Stuart in her Ice series writes good girls fall for mercenary types. I remember them being not-so-nice.

Wasn't Julia Quinn's Romancing Mr. Bridgerton a best-friend's older brother one?  And The Secret Diaries of Miss Miranda Cheever?

Patricia, I think that one's Taylor's Temptation (Brockmann).  Will post more as I remember them...

Pamela, if you like your romance a little on the erotic side, the second book in Lora Leigh's Tempting SEALS series has the main character falling for his best friend's little sister, even though he tries hard not to. And he's a baddie. ;-) The book is "Dangerous Games."

I read a Silhouette Desire not too long ago that had the Girl falling for her brother's best friend(they also were roommates)

The Pregnancy Negotiation by Kristi Gold

I know it's a crappy title but still a good book lol!!

Pamela- have you read Seducing Simon by Maya Banks? Girl falls for her guy friend, sleeps with him when he's drunk. It's pretty good.

Just read "The Kissing Game" by Suzanne Brockmann and this is the "girl falls for best friend's brother" scenario.

The Duke and I by Julia Quinn.

Hero is older brother's friend - they pretend to be courting at first, but I think they get married midway through the book.

Pretty sure Falling For Gracie by Susan Mallery would fit the bad boy neighbor category.
