Have you heard of "The Makers Diet". I don't know if it's a weight loss diet...........I have the book, but hate to admit that I've never looked at it!! |

Nancy and Kimberly, He has a book after the Maker's Diet called Perfect Weight America I like his way of eating. I've taken the Garden of Life products for years. feel free to pm me if you have specific questions. I believe I have a copy of Perfect Weight America on my bookshelf. Some churches approve of Gwen Shamblin's Weigh Down Workshop and I've heard some won't do her workshops. |

First Place For Health is an excellent program and our church has used it for a small group study before. They have leader's kits and stuff for participants. cbd.com has great prices on it. |
