I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 3 years ago. Due to the pain, I gave up golf and tennis which I loved.

My Dr. says he wants to see "LESS of ME" in 4 months. I need a jump-start...

Now my new goal...lose 40 lbs. I have put on since then...LOL

Can anyone help with a DEAL on NON-FAD cookbooks for weight lose?

Thanks so much.

You can get hundreds of free weight watcher recipes by searching on recipezaar.com

it's my favorite place on the web besides PBS! I have tons of recipes from there! just search for "weight watchers" or even "low fat" and you will get many many recipes and they come with member reviews and tips, etc!

most come straight from the WW cook books!

weightwatchers.com has a forum with tons of recipes too! I've gotten more from there I think and by modifying other recipes..they just can't post the points values though.

I might have some duplicates..I'll have to check. I like cookbooks for ideas and, well, I just like them LOL! even though I don't get around to using them much.

tasteofhome.com also has a sale from time to time where you can get hardback cookbooks for about 5 bucks or so..including the 'light & tasty' ones...
