I'm looking for drawing books for a 6 year old girl.  It doesn't have to be children's books, but something that she would like to draw.  Examples: disney princess, tinkerbell, flowers, trees, ocean scenes, animals, etc.

Does anyone have any on the shelf or would recommend any in particular?  I'm not an artist, but our daughter loves to draw and I'd love to encourage her.

(If someone has several books and they would offer a deal that would be double the blessing)

Hi, the "Learn to Draw" series teaches drawing step by step to copy a model on the page. As they follow the steps they learn the basic pencil drawing techniques like looking for the major shapes. The books are by subject. There are many books and they are available here on PBS. Use the search box to see what's available. i.e. Learn to Draw DIsney Princesses, Learn to Draw Horses... HTH

I love the "Draw Write Now" series.  They're probably all wish-listed here, but you can find them elsewhere.  I've seen them on HomeschoolClassifieds.com.
