My dad just found out he has glaucoma.  Rather than be upset by this news, he is amazed by the "xrays" they've taken of his eyes.  I'm looking for a book on the anatomy of the eye, how the eye works, even a children's book would be ok.  Something with nice, color pictures that my dad can exclaim over...

any ideas?

I am an optometric assistant and I have found the best tools for understanding glaucoma are the ones provided to us by drug reps.  The office I work at has a public site with info on it if you want to check it out.

www.webeca.com  I think there is a link to click for patient information and for different topics.....Make sure he uses his meds!!!  and goes back for ckups!

hope this helps some,
