Barb, Are you looking for My First Little House books? I read them to my preschool class & the series would be great for a 3 year old. On PBS, most of the My First Little House books are wishlisted. http://www.paperbackswap.com/book/browser.php?k=my+first+little+house

When I just looked, there is one My First Little House book available called Winter Days in the Big Woods. It is a really good book. I highly recommend it.
