I just finished Snow by Ronald Malfi, it was very good.

Almost everything written by Greg Gifune involves snow, I can probably answer about specific books if you come across some.

'Maynard's House' by Herman Raucher  plays in upstate Maine in the Winter, one of the best horror books I ever read (Sorry Stephen King, you are my hero but this book is the best!)

The Shining by Stephen King (an old classic)

The bulk of the action in Susie Moloney's Bastion Falls takes place in a snow storm.

30 Days of Night (Steven Niles) is the one that comes to mind.  I second The shining (Stephen King) and Snow (Malfi).
