I'm trying to go meatless, dairyless and eggless a couple days a week. I have several very good tofu recipes and looking for more! Any suggestions? |

Anna, There is a tofu cookbook that I've enjoyed a lot called "I Can't Believe It's Tofu!" I would offer to post some recipes, but I am in the process of moving and all my cookbooks are in boxes! |

Wow, what a timely thread, Anna. I, too, am just starting out in tofu and would love some advice and recipes from "old-timers."
