I'm looking for 20 credits or less and can pay $2.75 each. Unfortunately I have to pay back a buddy for some books so I'm in a bit of a hurry to get them and will have to pay via Paypal. It won't be coming from a credit card so you won't have to worry about Paypal fees. :D

Non credit card is the same as credit card for those of us with fee account, just so you know.

If you have a non-fee charging PayPal account you cannot accept credit cards, and no fee.

If you have a credit-card enabled, you pay a fee no matter where the money comes from.

It's annoying, but so it is.

Paypal changed then. I operated a business that took paypal so I always paid a fee but I notice the people around PBS that are taking Paypal for credits are asking for payment that isn't via CC through Paypal so I figured it was the same as it used to be before I got the business account.

Thanks for the info.

I think if you have a Personal Account, (not business) you can receive money with no fee. As long as it is done by PayPal Balance, PayPal Instant Transfer or PayPal e Check.  Collette, I emailed you. I have 10 credits I am willing to get rid of.

Nope, I have a Personal Account with PayPal and  no matter what kind of payment I get, I am charged a fee. That's why I sell credits in blocks of 5 and I'm delighted when someone wants a group of 10.

Do you need any more credits?  I have 15 (or less if you need them).

That's weird about Paypal... my personal account only charges a fee when someone pays by credit card.
