Anyone know if the books in this series are the original or a re-written version on an earlier series.  If earlier series, what would be the titles.

Do you  mean her Men of the Saddle series?

If so, I think they were originally published in 05.

I read the revised, more Christian version and it wasn't really preachy.  I was kinda shocked that they were revised.  I liked them fine but if you want a non-Christian series of similar sort, try the Linda Lael Miller"s the Man from Stony Creek series.  I liked it a notch better. Better men characters and better stories.

dangit I got the 3 that were rewritten but would have to go look at the author's list to find them..seems they're not in a row in the chronological order.

eta: ok think I got 'em! seems like the 4th book was written independently from what I recall someone on another forum telling me - they didn't care for that one and I think it's the c hristian version only.

The Peacemaker has Wynne and Cole and that couple is in Avenging Angel

The Drifter has Charity and Beau and that couple is in Passion's Captive

The Maverick has  Patience and Cass and that couple is in Sweet Talkin' Stranger

I never got around to reading these - only The Peacemaker(christian version) but thought I might get around to them one of these days. The Peacemaker was funny in places (silly) but then heard Beau's story was a bit sadder in places so I didn't chance it at the time sicne I was in the mood for funny.
