A quick read (face it, if you've just had a baby, you don't have lots of time for other hobbies, you need some sleep!). This book offers a sensible step-by-step program for losting weight and regaining fitness after childbirth. It gives very specific diet and exercise guidelines. It also provides anecdotes and survival tips from other new mothers about their experiences adjusting to motherhood.
