I had a wish list book come up and I guess I clicked the "Yes, send this book to my address" book twice. When I look in my credit registry, two credits are gone, both for the same title. However, when I look in my main page, there is only one copy there. I only want one copy. If I could see two, I could cancel one of the transactions before the sender accepts, but since there's only one book showing, how do I fix this and get my credit back?

Are both offers from the same person? If so, ask the other person if there are two orders on her end. Ask her to cancel one.

If they are from two separate people, ask one to cancel.

If the other person doesn't have an extra order, and both of yours are listed from the same person, send a message to PBS using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. They can make the correction for you.

If you click the details link on your credit registry, does it bring up the same details for both transactions? If so, then it sounds like the same book was accidentally requested twice. You'll probably have to use the Contact Us link and ask for help.

Are you sure  you didn't accidentally WL an audiobook? If it deducted 2 credits for a pb/hb but you're only showing one book in the Enroute to Me or Books I've Requested tab-then I'd contact PBS and ask what's going on with this.
